This is a clip of the recce recording i done to show my group the locations that i have thought of. i did this task individually however a friend of mine who is not part of the group came along which was benificial as she helped portray isolation in one of the shots which i would like happening in the real opening sequence of our thriller.
The first thing you see in the clip is the bus. This is going to be used as our prop and our source of transport. Everyone in their daily lively hood use something and it also five it the realistic touch.
The first location I have chosen is the woods. This place may not look like one because, well it isn’t however it’s a safe area and would work very effectively with lots of restricted shots such as close ups and extreme close ups.
The second location I have chosen is a café. This may be an obvious location to choose but I thought it would give the whole film it sense of realism and normality as a wood is conventional but not a realistic place for someone to be which gives it that thriller tension and suspense keeping the audience questioning and decoding the enigma codes.
